The 1824 system is produced in two models, single-packet and double-packet, by Parsian. In fact, both systems are in the form of a production line, and depending on the customer’s choice, it is possible to develop it up to the automatic stage. The difference between two-packet and single-packet system is the possibility of producing two-color pavers and two-color curbstone, which is also possible for the two-packet system. Another difference between these two systems is the 10% higher production capacity in the case of two envelopes. Due to the production of two rows of blocks, this system makes it possible for the production line system to develop to the full stage. In this way, the packaging line is also added to the structure of the production line and the packaging of the produced products is done completely robotically.
The specification of parts used in Paving Block Making Machine TP.RN1824 I ( single packet ):
- Vibration’s generator: Siemens (Germany)
- The piston jack’s tube: Boch or Bohler (Germany or Italy)
- The moulds are made of seven different types of sheet, each of which is used in different parts of the mould .The parts exposed to friction are used by Dillidur (Germany) or Hardox (Italy).
- The parts exposed to tension are used by ST52 which are resistant to stretching.
- Controlling valves: Galtech (Italy).
- Hydraulic hose: Flex (Germany or Italy).
- Electronic automation system: Siemens (Germany).
- Jack’s shaft: Hard chrome (Italy).
- Micro switch and sensors: Telemecanique (French) – Muller (Germany).
- The sheets of block and paver moulds are ST52 or ST60 and the parts exposed to friction is anti-friction.
- The frame of machines is made of special Belgium boxes (12 mm) which are designed to withstand the pressure of the jacks with safety coefficient (above 3).
- The system is designed and constructed to fit the environment and working conditions in different geographic locations and is fully compatible with different working conditions.
- The buffers which are designed to prevent vibration transmission to the frame is Moeller, Neoperan (Germany).
